Managing the payroll input submission process to ensure timeous processing and payment of your payroll

Evaluating input for errors and anomalies

Compliance advice with regards to statutory regulations

Set up of complete payroll within the cloud solution (Earnings, Allowances, Deductions, Company Contributions, Calculations etc)

Processing of weekly, forth-nightly and monthly payroll

Processing additional pay runs for bonuses, late payments and corrections

Facilitating general ledger interface and interface to other third-party systems

Statutory Reporting – Generating and providing statutory reports in standard format required by government agencies

Monthly UIF declaration

Business Reporting – relevant reporting of labour costs, projects costs and cost centres

Assistance with monthly returns to government agencies and revenue authorities (UIF, EMP201)

3rd Party payment reconciliations and reporting (Garnishees, Maintenance orders, Medical Aid, Unions, Bargaining Councils)

TruNorth’s costing structure is based on a sliding scale of the active headcount at the end of the specific pay period. Cost is levied per payslip generated. An initial needs analysis will be done with you to determine the output requirements of your Payroll and HR solution. Based on the needs analysis, the system will be configured to cater for your specific needs. On agreement of the required services, a formal Service Level Agreement will be entered between the parties
