TruNorth’s costing structure is based on a sliding scale of the active headcount at the end of the specific pay period. Cost is levied per payslip generated. An initial needs analysis will be done with you to determine the output requirements of your Payroll and HR solution. Based on the needs analysis, the system will be configured to cater for your specific needs. On agreement of the required services, a formal Service Level Agreement will be entered between the parties
